When people have a new business idea they tend to buy a new website domain. They then have the task of getting Google to trust the new domain, which takes time! Then they have to convince Google they are good at their subject which takes lots of content. Finally they have to prove to Google they are popular which takes even more time getting lots of inbound links to your new website.
The better approach is to buy an existing domain that already has Google's trust. Ideally it will be more than 5 years old, have dozens of pages and have more than 500 inbound links.
